Our statistics show that hiring managers are spending more than 15% of their time and energy recruiting for one position. SOURCE Unlimited is our NEW annual-subscription model. What does this mean? Those interested in SOURCE Unlimited reap all the benefits of SOURCE with both flexibility and diligent recruiting support all year round. Not to mention, this offer includes the option for unlimited hires per position, per location.
NEW Offerings -ApplicantOne RECRUIT
Our newest offering aside from SOURCE Unlimited is RECRUIT. This aligns with the more “classic” style of recruiting as it is on a contract basis. This offering provides GUARANTEED placement and is a full-service offering. Basically, this offering is “no-risk” meaning you are guaranteed a placement or you don’t pay. Plus, with RECRUIT you get a 90-day guarantee which means WE will replace the placement should the candidate terminate their employment with you within the 90 day mark. Additionally, the placement fee with RECRUIT is at a great 15%. While all are welcome to experience ApplicantOne RECRUIT, this is best executed for those tough-to-fill, high-level, or hyper-specific positions.

Did you know ApplicantOne has a sister company? Meet ScreeningOne. Should you choose one of our candidates, we would be happy to recommend our sister company ScreeningOne to you to run those important background and screening checks.
